3. House Rules & Liability
We operate a fair system. While we expect most guests to treat our home with respect, please be advised that in cases of substantial loss, theft, or criminal damage, we will involve the police and pursue legal action to recover costs. This has arisen from a cumulation of substantial loss.
The majority of our guests have been amazing but we have unfortunately had some guests that have abused our property. We hope you understand our reasons for taking this route and look forward to welcoming you.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
