Set in a large Victorian house, Arbour Guest House is located close to Oban Town Centre, less than 20 minutes walk from Oban Ferry Terminal and Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available in some rooms.
The bright and airy bedrooms are individually decorated, retaining many original Victorian features, and each has a TV and teacoffee facilities. Some rooms have en suite bathrooms, while others have access to shared facilities.
Arbour Guest House is very close to the Town Centre and many local amenities are close by. The Atlantis Leisure Centre, The Corran Halls, tennis courts, McCaigs Tower, the Cathedral and local Cinema arewithin easy walking distance. The guest house is also conveniently situated for buses, trains and ferries.
Parking is available in the street, and the pay and display car park at the end of the road which is free between 18:00 and 09:00.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:30 and ends at 10:00.
Please note that room service is not available on Christmas or New Years Day.

Twin Room with Shared Bathroom. Twin room with shared toilet and shower. There is a choice of 3 rooms (2 on ground floor, 1 on second floor) Each has a welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. ;
Family Room (4 Adults). This room includes an en-suite shower room and a welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. To the front of the house, one has 4 single beds and a sea view. The other has a double bed and 2 single beds. Please request bed preference when booking. This is subject to availability. ;
Budget Triple Room. Budget family or triple room with shared bathroom and shower. This room has a double bed and a single bed. There is also a welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. ;
Double Room with Shared Bathroom. Double room with shared bathroom and toilet. At the back of the house, overlooking the garden, it also features a welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. ;
Large Family Room. This family room provides a shared bathroom, and heating. The spacious family room offers a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a carpeted floor as well as sea views. The unit offers 5 beds. ;
Budget Single Room with Shared Bathroom. This room offers a double bed for single occupancy. ;
Twin Room with Private Bathroom. The twin room provides a tea and coffee maker and a wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
Standard Triple Room with Sea View. The triple room includes a private bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. The triple room features a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, heating, a flat-screen TV, as well as sea views. The unit has 3 beds.
