SACO Merlin House offers an exclusive collection of studios and apartments. Appartments each feature a large living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a spacious double bedroom. Some apartments also have 2 shower rooms.

The quaint town of St Helier has a wide offering of individual boutiques, cafes and restaurants to suit everyone’s taste, from al fresco dining to gourmet cuisine.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 11:00.

SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.

Group Policy: The property considers a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately, the property is unable to guarantee thatapartments booked will be in the same building.

Two-Bedroom Apartment (4 Adults). This apartment features a full equipped living and kitchen area, along with 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. The second bedroom is also available as a twin, upon request. A cot is available upon request. ;
Studio Apartment - Double or Twin. These studio apartments feature a double bedroom area (can be twin, please request at time of booking), which is part of an open-plan livingdining area. A fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower are also available. Two-Bedroom Apartment with Sofa Bed. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area, two double bedrooms (second room can be twin, please request at time of booking), with an en-suite for the master bedroom and main shower room for the second bedroom. There is an additional fold-down double bed in the living area and a cot is available upon request, please request these at time of booking (both subject to charge). The penthouse also features a unique rooftop view towards the sea. ;
